Shipment delivery and delivery method
The shipment can be delivered all over the world. We deliver all over the world, we achieve faster delivery in EU countries and the Balkans. The speed of delivery depends on several factors, but we can guarantee delivery from our warehouse located in Bulgaria. We only accept orders via online ordering on the website or via the contact form email. It is not possible to place orders by phone.
Express delivery
Fast delivery or express delivery in case you want your products to arrive at your address within 3 days worldwide is possible through the DHL express option. DHL express courier service operates worldwide and delivers to all locations.
For our customers who want to receive their shipment faster, we have provided the DHL express service. Shipping speed is between 1 and 2 days for all countries within the EU while for countries that are further away it varies between 2-3 days. In addition to express fast delivery through the live tracking system, you will always be able to see where your shipment is. No customs duty is charged for EU countries. Please note that countries outside the EU are subject to possible customs restrictions and it is possible that the time may be longer if the shipment is subject to the customs procedure, for this reason it is best to check the conditions under which the shipment is not subject to the customs procedure.
DPL courier service for EU territory
DPL is a courier service that provides delivery throughout the EU. Delivery varies from country to country at intervals between 3 to 5 days.
EMS express delivery Bulgarian Post
This method of delivery is available for all countries of the world and is an economical method of delivery due to very affordable prices. All packages are sent express as registered airmail.

It is not possible to pick up the goods in person by arriving at the warehouse address.
